We start our work by identifying your objectives, scope and constrains. We will conduct a feasibility study to make sure we are moving towards the preset goals of your company.

From the feasibility study, you will be able to understand your new system, from both a technical and managerial side. This way you will be able to clearly approve the new system, which we can then move to the next phase.

Facts! Facts! And more facts are all what we need to create for you a productive system. In this phase our professional team will have an extensive interviews with your staff (all those who are considered as key personnel to the system development). All materials related to the proposed system will be reviewed, studied and analyzed.

We put valuable guide called the Technical Documentation. It is the life of your system and it is the missing part in any off-the-shelf software. The technical documentation includes diagrams, describing how the work moves inside your organization, what all the data you will need to keep, what are the manipulation needed and what are the output you want to have. For technical personnel, this means DFD, DD, and ERD.

The analysis report has to pass a detailed check and revised by you, and your company’s staff, and can be modified to your most convenience. Once it is approved we can move to the next phase.

We will work closely with your staff to establish the easiest GUI to work with. We will put our Screen Design and Report Design on another report and give you the time to make it the way you want. Your modifications will be considered and integrated into the new system.

We assure you that our database back end will be the best of all what we offer.

There are many ways to cut over to the new system. Therefore, it will be important to identify which way for your company.

-Pilot: a trial implementation of the subset of the overall operation (an office).

-Immediate: cut over the old system to the new system at once.

-Phases: the new system is in place, one part at a time.

-Parallel: maintain the old system and implement the new one.

As for which one should be used, it will depend on your system, your work, your needs and most importantly, what would make the best approach.
